BBR blocks, keramsite concrete blocks.

BBR keramsite concrete blocks are manufactured by vibro-pressing from lightweight keramsite with a specific weight of 331 kg/m3, cement and water, without any impurities or chemical additives. The technology and properties of the raw materials (keramsite – a lightweight filler distinguished by good thermal insulation properties; cement – an especially strong binding agent that is not afraid of water and has excellent adhesion to plaster) make it possible to obtain a solid block with the following characteristics:

- strong and at the same time lightweight

- frost-resistant and fireproof

- breathable material with good insulating and soundproofing properties

- excellent base for finishing, easy to process, has excellent adhesion to plaster

- not afraid of moisture (has low water absorption and capillarity) or chemicals

- does not rot or mould.
