Silbet aerated concrete wall blocks are an environmentally friendly wall material that is produced from local raw materials. The main components are oil shale ash, natural sand and water. After preliminary hardening
the masses are cut with steel strings into blocks of the required sizes. The blocks acquire their final strength in autoclaves.
The modern technological production line for blocks ensures stability of physical and mechanical properties and precision of block cutting. A wall made of Silbet block is even, which reduces mortar consumption. Thanks to the density of 500, the thermal insulation properties of the blocks have improved. Aerated concrete is 3 times better in thermal insulation properties than ceramic brick, and 8 times better than ordinary heavy concrete. In a house built from aerated concrete blocks, heating costs are reduced by 25-30%.
